Cindy Ortega is the founder of Sol Y Mar Brow Studio, where medical precision meets elevated artistry to create natural-looking, confidence-enhancing results. As a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Cindy brings a safety-focused approach, attention to detail, and a deep respect for every client’s trust and individual needs.
Her background in critical care helped shape the precision and thoughtful approach she now brings to permanent makeup. At Sol Y Mar Brow Studio in Melbourne, Florida, Cindy specializes in advanced brow techniques including Nano Brows, Nano Combination Brows, and Powder Brows, with each service carefully customized to complement the client’s facial features, skin type, and personal style.
Formally trained through Beauty Angels Academy, Cindy has continued to expand her education in permanent makeup and facial aesthetics. She opened Sol Y Mar Brow Studio in 2020 with the goal of creating an elevated, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their results.
Her approach is centered on balance, subtle enhancement, safety, and results that feel refined rather than overdone. Through continued education and hands-on experience, Cindy remains committed to providing thoughtful, personalized permanent makeup services with a focus on natural-looking results.
