Cindy Ortega is the founder of Sol Y Mar Brow Studio, where medical precision and elevated artistry come together to create timeless, confidence-enhancing results. With a background as a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Cindy brings a calm, safety-first approach to beauty—grounded in intention, care, and refinement.
Her journey began in healthcare, where years in critical care shaped her attention to detail and deep respect for each client’s time and trust. That same philosophy now guides her work in permanent makeup, allowing her to create brows that feel effortless, balanced, and beautifully personal.
Formally trained through the internationally recognized Beauty Angels Academy, Cindy specializes in advanced brow techniques designed to enhance natural features without overpowering them. In 2020, she opened Sol Y Mar Brow Studio with the vision of offering a space where clients feel both cared for and elevated—where artistry meets medical-grade standards.
In addition to permanent makeup, Cindy is an aesthetic provider at Imami Skin & Cosmetics Center, where she continues to refine her skills in facial aesthetics under physician oversight. Her work is rooted in balance, structure, and subtle enhancement, with a commitment to ongoing education and thoughtful results.
